Project 2 : Upgrade /qora11 to become mobile phone friendly web wallet

/qora11 can already send Qora, via a https QOra gateway, and I plan to make it a mobile-friendly web wallet.

Project 1 : Upgrade blog.html

Qora has no active developers, but the software still needs updates when issues are discovered. I will try my best to update blog.html.
Blog.html loading speed issue, load all posts for a user web page need to modify, make it max 20 posts for a page.
